About Me

        Hello, I'm Sophie, I'm a fully qualified and insured Holistic Therapist. I work from a lovely treatment room at The Wellness Rooms on Brook Street in Tavistock.

        I fell in love with holistic therapy and all the healing arts after experiencing reiki and massage myself. Initially I explored reiki and learned Reiki Seichem. I felt drawn to studying massage and reflexology and eventually studied Holistic Therapy VCTC Level 3 at Northampton College in 2007/2008. After lots of different jobs and a long break as a fulltime mum, I returned to Holistic therapy. I continue to study and learn as a therapist, always seeking to deepen my understanding of the oils and techniques I'm using.  I'm passionate about helping clients to feel more relaxed, balanced and energized in body, mind and spirit.
